Esra Elif Dülger, Esq. was born in 1995 in Istanbul. She completed her legal education at Beykent University Faculty of Law in 2017 and was registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in 2018.

Since October 2022, she has been serving at Oznur & Partners Law Firm.
