Associate Lawyer


Elif Yaz is an associate specializing in corporate, administrative, and public procurement law, advising a diverse portfolio of multinational and domestic commercial entities on complex regulatory landscapes and transaction-based matters. Her practice heavily concentrates on public procurement and tender law, where she manages end-to-end public tender processes, mitigates compliance risks in large-scale public contracts, and represents clients in high-stakes administrative and tax litigation. In addition to her regulatory and litigation practice, Ms. Yaz handles corporate secretarial operations, conducts comprehensive legal due diligence, and guides corporate governance structures through mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Bridging traditional corporate law with emerging industries, she provides strategic legal support for artificial intelligence (AI) projects, leads targeted brand protection and anti-counterfeiting operations, and represents clients in criminal defense proceedings as well as residency and citizenship applications.

A graduate of Bilkent University Faculty of Law, Ms. Yaz is bilingual in Turkish and English, and also has a foundational knowledge of Arabic to support cross-border transactions and international client relations.
