Baran Cem Duran, Esq. was born in 1998 in Bakırköy, Istanbul. He graduated from Uğur College High School and began his legal education at Özyeğin University in 2018. Completing his Law Faculty education within four years, he commenced his mandatory legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association as of 2022.

He has gained experience in Enforcement Law, Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Consumer Law, and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Since May 2022, he has been working at Öznur & Partners Law Firm. He is proficient in English.
